Removal and Installation
Removal
Remove the front seat. For additional information, refer to Front Seat in this section.
CAUTION:If equipped with manual height adjust, make sure the seat cushion is in the fully raised position to relieve the tension on the height assistance rods.
NOTE:The height assistance rods are handed. Note the position of the rods to aid installation.
Remove the upper height assistance rod (if equipped).
Using a suitable pair of grips push the upper rod down and manoeuvre out of the height adjust link.
Remove the rod from the seat base.
Remove the lower height assistance rod (if equipped).
Using a suitable pair of grips push the lower rod down and manoeuvre out of the height adjust link.
