Remove the radiator splash shield. |

Disconnect the horn electrical connector. |
All Vehicles

Remove the radiator bracket. - Unclip the air conditioning compressor clutch cable.

WARNING:Whenever releasing the transaxle cooling system fluid, prevent of fluid scalding. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury. CAUTION:Whenever the fluid cooler tubes are disconnected the ports should be plugged to prevent dirt from entering. NOTE:Mark the position of the feed and return hose. NOTE:Collect escaping fluid in a drain pan. Disconnect the feed and return hose from the transmission fluid cooler. |

Remove the air conditioning condensor from the bracket. |
All Vehicles

Remove the transmission fluid cooler from the two right-hand and the one left-hand bracket (left-hand side shown). |
Installation
All Vehicles

General note - Only use new self-locking nuts.

Install the transmission fluid cooler to two right-hand and the one left-hand brackets. |
Vehicles with air conditioning

Install the air conditioning condensor. |
All Vehicles
| -
Install the radiator bracket. - Clip the air conditioning compressor clutch cable.

Connect the feed and return hose. |
Vehicles with air conditioning

Connect the horn electrical connector. |
All Vehicles

Install the radiator splash shield. |
| -
Remove the cable ties from the radiator (right-hand side shown). |
| -
Check the automatic transmission fluid level and fill if necessary. |
