Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the timing belt.
    Refer to: Timing Belt - Vehicles Built From: 04/2005 (303-01A Engine - 1.4L Duratec-16V (Sigma)/1.6L Duratec-16V (Sigma), Removal and Installation).

  1. Discard the coolant pump gasket.
    Torque: 10 Nm

  1. Torque: 28 Nm

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
