Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove the engine undershield. - Rotate the locking tangs counterclockwise.

Remove the starter motor solenoid electrical connector retaining nuts and detach the electrical connector from the starter motor solenoid (wiring harness shown removed for clarity). | 5. Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table(s). 1 - Starter motor retaining bolts 6. To install, reverse the removal procedure. | | -
Initialize the door window motors.
