Drain the air conditioning system.

Detach the refrigerant line from the cooling fan motor and shroud. | | | -
Remove the front bumper cover.

Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove the front bumper bracket (right-hand side shown). | | | -
CAUTION:Cap the refrigerant lines and the condenser core to prevent dirt ingress. Disconnect the upper refrigerant line from the condenser core. - Discard the O-ring seals.

CAUTION:Cap the refrigerant lines and the condenser core to prevent dirt ingress. Disconnect the lower refrigerant line from the condenser core. - Discard the O-ring seals.

CAUTION:Use a suitable wooden block between radiator grille opening panel and condenser core to prevent damage to the condenser core. Using a 16 mm drill bit, drill holes at the marked points into the radiator grille opening panel to gain access to the condenser core retaining screws. | All vehicles | | -
Remove the condenser core retaining screws (radiator with condenser core showing removed for clarity). | | | -
Remove the lower engine cover (if equipped). | | | -
Detach and lower the radiator from the bracket (right side shown). - Remove the retaining bolt.
- Remove the radiator rubber retaining block.

Remove the condenser core. - Push the radiator towards the engine and pull the condenser core to the side.
- Remove the condenser core.

NOTE:Install new refrigerant line O-ring seals. NOTE:Lubricate the refrigerant line O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil before installation. To install, reverse the removal procedure. | |
