Removal and Installation

Removal

All vehicles

LHD Vehicles
  1. Special Tool(s): 412-131
Right-hand drive vehicles
  1. Remove the clutch master cylinder.
    Refer to: Clutch Master Cylinder (308-02B Clutch Controls - Vehicles With: 6-Speed Manual Transmission (MMT6), Removal and Installation).
    Refer to: Clutch Master Cylinder (308-02C Clutch Controls - Vehicles With: 6-Speed Manual Transmission (M66), Removal and Installation).

  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:The blower motor must only be set down on the workbench with the fan wheel facing upward.
    Using the special tool, remove the blower motor from the passenger's side.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:The component can only be installed in one position.
    Install the components in reverse order.
