Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the expansion valve.
    Refer to: (412-01, Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove heater matrix.
    Refer to: Wärmetauscher (412-01 Innenraumklimatisierung, Removal and Installation).

  1.  
    1. Saw through the refrigerant lines.

Installation
  1. Torque: 8 Nm
  1. Coat the O-rings on the refrigerant lines.
    Material: Refrigerant Oil
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
