Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement (Base) (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair)Grille Replacement (Uplevel)

2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
3. Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler.
4. Remove the oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (See: Fluid
Line/Hose/Service and Repair).
5. Remove the 4 bolts securing the auxiliary oil cooler to the radiator support.
6. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler.
Installation Procedure
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
1. Install the 4 bolts securing the oil cooler to the radiator support and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
2. Install the oil cooler lines to the auxiliary oil cooler and tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb ft). Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement
(See: Fluid Line/Hose/Service and Repair).
3. Remove the drain pan.
4. Install the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement (Base) (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair)Grille Replacement (Uplevel) (
