Isuzu Hombre workshop manuals
Isuzu Hombre at a glance: 10 manuals, covering 1996 to 2000 models, with engines from 2.2 to 4.3 litres.
About the Hombre
The Hombre, sold in North America from 1996 to 2000, replaced Isuzu's own P'up. It was a version of the Louisiana-built Chevrolet S-10, with front sheetmetal from the Brazilian S-10, and it differed from the S-10 and GMC Sonoma mainly in its lights, grille, bumper and front wings. A Spacecab extended cab, the V6 and four-wheel drive were added for 1997.
What these manuals cover
- 1996–1999: the 2.2-litre four in regular and Spacecab models.
- 1998–2000: the 4.3-litre V6, with two or four-wheel drive.
Tip: under the skin the Hombre is a Chevrolet S-10, so the S-10 manuals with the same engine and year cover the same mechanical work.
