Fuel Line Coupler: Service and Repair
Plastic Collar
REMOVAL
1. IMPORTANT: Relieve the fuel system pressure before servicing any fuel system connection.
Grasp both sides of the quick-connect fitting. Twist the female connector 1/4 turn in each direction in order to loosen any dirt within the
quick-connect fitting.
2. CAUTION: Wear safety glasses when using compressed air in order to prevent eye injury.
Using compressed air, blow any dirt out of the quick-connect fitting.
3. Squeeze the plastic retainer release tabs.
