1. Measure the clearance between the front brake pipe and the left front corner of the engine oil pan (Figure 1).
NOTE
The measured clearance must be greater than 6 mm.

If the measured clearance is than 6 mm, no further action is required. Go to APPLYING THE CAMPING LABEL.

If the measured clearance is 6mmor less, inspect the front brake pipe for wear/damage caused from contact with the left front corner of the engine oil
pan.

If there is no evidence of wear/damage go to INSTALLING THE ADDITIONAL BRAKE PIPE RETAINING CLIP. When repairs have been
completed, go to APPLYING THE CAMPING LABEL.

If there is evidence of wear/damage, go to INSTALLING THE FRONT BRAKE PIPE AND ADDITIONAL BRAKE PIPE RETAINING CLIP.
When repairs have been completed, go to APPLYING THE CAMPING LABEL.
INSTALLING THE ADDITIONAL BRAKE PIPE RETAINING CLIP
1.
Record any radio station presets; then, disconnect the battery ground cable.
2.
Remove and discard the existing left side wire harness retainer from the front cross member (Figure 1).
