Remove the two existing brake pipe retaining clip bolts from the front cross member and the right frame rail (Figure 5).

Loosen the fittings on each end of the existing front brake pipe.
CAUTION!
To prevent accidental slippage, be sure to place suitable containers under the vehicle to collect any dripping brake fluid.
4.
Remove and discard the existing front brake pipe.
IMPORTANT!
Be sure to remove the two existing brake pipe retaining clips before discarding the existing front brake pipe. These brakes pipe retaining clips must
be used later in this procedure.
5.
Remove and discard the existing left side wire harness retainer from the front cross member (Figure 1).
6.
Install the two existing brake pipe retaining clips onto the new front brake pipe supplied from the kit. Install the new brake pipe retaining clip,
supplied from the kit, onto the new front brake pipe.
7.
Install the new front brake pipe on each end. Hand tighten the fittings.
8.
Secure the new front brake pipe to the right frame rail and front cross member using the two existing brake pipe retaining clips and brake pipe
retaining clip bolts (Figure 5). Insert the new brake pipe retaining clip bolt, supplied from the kit, through the new brake pipe retaining clip and
install it into the hole in the front cross member where the wire harness retainer was removed in step 5 (Figure 3).
9.
Tighten the new front brake pipe fittings.
10.
Secure the wire harness to the new front brake pipe, left of the new brake pipe retaining clip bolt, using the plastic tie wrap supplied from the kit
(Figure 4).
11.
Bleed the brakes. Add brake fluid, as required.
12.
Reconnect the battery ground cable and reset all radio station presets.
