Using a ball-point pen, fill in Campaign Number 97V-096, Isuzu dealer code, and repair date on a campaign label (Part No. 2-90028-700-0)
(Figure 4).

Affix the campaign label adjacent to the manufacturer's identification label located on the driver's side B-pillar.
