1. Position the radio to the I/P.
2. Connect the electrical connectors to the radio.
3. Connect the radio antenna cable to the radio.
4. Position the radio rear alignment locator into the I/P substrate installing the radio to the I/P.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice).
5. Install the 3 screws that retain the radio to the I/P.
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
6. Install the accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /
Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement).
7. Program the replacement radio. Refer to Control Module References (See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning).
