CAMBER
The camber angle can be adjusted by means of the camber shims installed between the chassis frame and fulcrum pins.
Specifications:

Camber angle=30'
-
Kingpin inclination=10°
-
Left and right side equal within 45'
-
Overall thickness of camber shim pack shall be 10.8mm(0.425in.) or less.

Fulcrum pin bolt torque=15.5ft/lb
NOTES:
-
The camber angle DECREASES when shims are ADDED.
-
The camber angle INCREASES when shims are REMOVED.
TOE-IN
To adjust toe-in angle, loosen locknut on the outer track rods and turn outer track rod the same number of degrees on both sides.
Specifications:
-
Toe-in=2mm (0.08in.)
-
Locknut Torque=10.0ft.lb.
MAXIMUM STEERING ANGLE
The maximum steering angle can be adjusted with the stopper bolts under the frame side members.
Specifications:
-
Outside wheel=33°
-
Inside wheel=37°
NOTE:
Maximum steering angles should be set after adjusting front wheel alignment.
