About the Rodeo
In North America the Rodeo name went on a five-door SUV from the 1991 model year; in Japan it was the Isuzu Wizard (MU Wizard), and in Europe it was sold as the Opel and Vauxhall Frontera. The second generation arrived for 1998, and the three-door Amigo was renamed Rodeo Sport for 2001. Production of both ended in 2004.
What these manuals cover
- 1991–1997 (first generation): the 2.6-litre four (4ZE1) and the 3.2-litre SOHC V6 (6VD1), with two or four-wheel drive.
- 1998–2004 (second generation): the 2.2-litre four and the 3.2-litre V6, in S, LS and LSE trims.
- Rodeo Sport, 2001–2002: the three-door with the 2.2 four or the 3.2 V6.
Tip: the Honda Passport is a rebadged Rodeo, sold until 2002, and its manuals cover the same 2.6 four and 3.2 V6.
