SERVICE INFORMATION
Condition: On affected vehicles. the driver-side rubber floor mat may shift position causing the lip along the tipper right portion of the mat to catch the
bottom of the accelerator pedal. If this occurs, the accelerator pedal could wedge between the rubber floor mat and the floor and cause a crash without
prior warning.
Possible Cause: Current design of the accessory rubber floor mat set.
Correction: To prevent this condition from occurring. Isuzu dealers will remove the accessory rubber floor mat sets (Part No. 2-90496-800-0) (Figure 1)
