After loosening all four (4) screws remove one (1) screw at a time and install the large sized washer over the threaded section of the hinge first and
install the small sized washer second (see figures 3, 4, 5 & 6). Repeat this step for the remaining three (3) screws.

Tighten screws to the specified torque specification. 52 lb in. (See figure 7)
