12. Using the % round labels provided in the service kit mask off the Pop-nuts. Use tape to mask off other related bracket mounting locations
highlighted in Figure 24. This is required to inhibit Noxudol chemicals from coating the bracket mounting surfaces.
13. Follow steps 6 through 12 in the section of this bulletin entitled "Condition Two: Apply Noxudol 700 and Noxudol 300"
14. Remove all masking.
15. Remove the passenger side lower link mounting bolt.

16. Install the passenger side reinforcement bracket using the new hardware provided in the kit.
17. Torque bolts in the sequence and to the specifications shown in Figure 25.
18. Using a reciprocating saw remove the driver side rear trailing link front mount mounting bolt. Push the bolt back toward the fuel tank as far as
possible. Insert the saw between the head of the mounting bolt and the mounting bracket. Cut away the bolt head. Push the remaining section of bolt
