Floor Door Actuator

Footwell Vent/Duct Blend Door Actuator (82.20.85)

Removal

All vehicles

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the front footwell duct left-hand.

Left-hand drive vehicles

1. Reposition the in-vehicle temperature sensor venturi pipe.

All vehicles

1. Remove the footwell vent/duct blend door actuator.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

-

Remove the retaining bolts.

-

Remove the footwell vent/duct blend door actuator.

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:  During installation make sure the actuator is fully meshed with the driven flap before tightening the bolts.
