Voltage Regulator: Service and Repair
Removal, Regulator (Nippon Denso Generator)
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Remove the battery cover.
2. Remove the generator from the vehicle. See: Alternator/Service and Repair
3. Remove the nut from the main terminal and remove the insulator.
