In the passenger compartment, install the nuts on the mounting bracket studs, (Figure 5). Tighten the nuts to 42 N-m (31 ft.lbs.).

Align the brake pedal and actuator push rod end and install the push rod clip, (Figure 5).

Adjust the brake light switch as specified in the service manual.

Connect the front and rear brake lines at the outboard side of the pressure modulator, (Figure 4). Tighten the tube nuts to 13.6 N-m (10
ft.lbs.).
9.
Install the boost pressure switch (Figure 4). Tighten the switch to 11.3 N-m (100 in.lbs.). Do not over-tighten as switch may break.
10.
Connect the wire connectors for the modulator boost pressure, fluid level, differential pressure, and accumulator pressure switches.
11.
Tie wrap left front sensor wire back to the tube bundle in position marked at disassembly.
12.
Remove caps from the high pressure line and accumulator block elbow. Attach the high pressure line to the elbow and tighten to 7.0 N-m (62
in.lbs.).
13.
Connect supply hose to nipple on bottom of reservoir and tighten clamp to 1.1 N-m (10 in.lbs.).
