Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments
Clutch Pedal Freeplay

1. Depress clutch pedal by hand until clutch resistance is felt.
2. Clutch pedal freeplay should be 0.12-0.35 inch.

3. Adjust clutch pedal freeplay as follows:

a. Loosen locknut C and turn pushrod D until pedal freeplay is correct, Fig. 1.
b. Ensure disengagement height (from upper surface of pedal to carpet) is 1.61 inches when pedal is fully depressed.
c. Tighten to specifications.
