2.0 TB, 2.4 20V

- This operation should be carried out with the engine at the bench. After having removed the power unit, separate the gearbox-differential unit from the engine and position the latter on the overhauling stand.

3.0 V6, 3.2 V6

- This operation should be carried out with the engine at the bench. After having removed the power unit, separate the gearbox-differential unit from the engine and position the latter on the overhauling stand.

- Remove the piston and connecting rod, referring to the operations illustrated in the manual for overhauling this engine type at the bench.

2.4 JTD 10V

- Operation to be carried out with the engine on the rotating overhaul stand. To remove the pistons, follow the instructions in the paragraph on dismantling the cylinder block/crankcase in the manual for overhauling this version.
