ASR ANTI-SLIP FUNCTION NOT WORKING

When the ASR is engaged the message "ASR on" does not appear on the display for 5 seconds; the LED in the button remains on (indicating that it is switched off).

STEP	OPERATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT	TEST RESULTS
1	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment to the diagnostic connector and check the following at the brake node: in error environment that there are no faults; in parameters ambient the plausibility of all the parameters	Move on to Step	Presence of errors in the control unit	Continue following the instructions for the diagnostic equpiment
2	SWITCH CHECK	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the operation of the ASR switch checking that there is a short circuit with the button pressed and an open circuit with the button released	Move on to Step	Switch defective	Replace the switch
3	ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CHECK.	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the continuity/insulation of the ASR switch connections (Wiring Diagram ) E7021 ASR / TCS	Move on to Step	No continuity/insulation	Ripristinare corretti collegamenti (Wiring Diagram ) E7021 ASR / TCS
4	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check that the fault is no longer present
