Fault diagnosis(electric) rear windows not working

(ELECTRIC) REAR WINDOWS NOT WORKING

When the ignition is in the ON position, when the buttons located in the doors are operated the electric rear windows do not work at all.

the electric rear windows are managed by the luggage compartment node; the driver's door node, in particular can operate and also deactivate the electric rear windows via the B-CAN.
