FRONT ELECTRIC WINDOWS NOT WORKING

When the ignition is in the ON position, when the buttons located in the doors are operated the electric front windows do not work at all.

STEP	OPERATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT	TEST RESULTS
1	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Using the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) connected, check the following information at the CAN network: no control unit not activated; that there are no faulty control units; no control unit with faulty CAN line;	Move on to Step	1. Presence of faults	1. Continue following the instructions for the diagnostic equipment
		Move on to Step	2. Driver's/passenger door node not activated	Move on to Step
2	PRELIMINARY CHECKS	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the condition of the fuses in the luggage compartment junction unit (Wiring Diagram ) E3050 FRONT ELECTRIC WINDOWS	Move on to Step	Fuse damaged	Replace the fuse
3	ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CHECK.	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check: the connection between the luggage comparement junction unit and the driver's door node. the connection between the luggage compartment junction unit and the passenger door node.	Move on to Step	Connections interrupted	Restore the connections (Wiring Diagram ) E3050 FRONT ELECTRIC WINDOWS
4	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Connect the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or Examiner plus) to the diagnostic socket: that there are no errors in the Driver's Door Node control unit that there are no errors in the Passenger Door Node control unit	Move on to Step	Presence of errors in the Driver's Door Node and/or Passenger Door Node control unit	Continue following the instructions in the diagnostic table
5	SERVICES RELAY ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT CHECK (POWER CIRCUIT)	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the continuity of the connections between the services discharge relay and the driver's/passenger door node (Wiring Diagram ) E3050 FRONT ELECTRIC WINDOWS	Move on to Step	Connections interrupted.	Restore the connections (Wiring Diagram ) E3050 FRONT ELECTRIC WINDOWS
6	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check that the fault is no longer present
