MANUAL GEARBOX OIL - Change

Operation 0010T40 · Vehicle oil and fluids

2.0 TB, 2.4 20V

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Raise the vehicle.

See in Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD under engine - R.R.

1. Undo the gearbox casing drain plug and collect the fluid in a suitable container.

Do not let the oil disperse into the atmosphere because this could cause pollution.

- Clean the drain plug.

- Screw in the drain plug and tighten it to the recommended torque.

2. Remove the fluid dipstick and add fluid to the gearbox through the filler hole.

- Insert the dipstick and check that the oil is between the MIN and MAX marks.

- Lower the vehicle and remove it from the lift.

2.4 JTD 10V

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Raise the vehicle.

- Lower the vehicle and remove it from the lift.
