STANDOX TINTING GUIDE

To: ALL RANGE ROVER DEALERS

A tinting guide "color wheel" is enclosed for help in paint matching. It allows the body shop to custom match pre-mixed Range Rover colors to the exact
vehicle shade in the event of color variations.

To use the color wheel, first determine whether the paint in question is base coat metallic or solid color. Next turn to the appropriate side and rotate the
wheel to the color most closely matching the vehicle color. Beneath the color window you will notice a list of tint color numbers indexed to the results
achieved when small quantities of these tints are added to the paint. For example, a Astral Silver (metallic base coat) vehicle would require tint No. 112
in order to increase the "greyness" of the paint. Likewise, the addition to No. 590 or 591 would tend to lighten the same color.
