10.

After clearing the hole through the headliner, insert the bracket into the bracket cover and install as shown in FIGURE 1.

11.

Torque the bolt to 35 Nm (25 lbf.ft.).

12.

Refit all trim pieces in reverse order taking care not to trap rear quarter glass interior seal behind trim panels.

13.

Torque rear seatbelt idler to factory specification.

CHILD SEAT TETHER INSTALLATION (REAR AIR CONDITIONING VEHICLES)

1.

Remove left rear speaker.

2.

Remove interior "E" post finisher, housing left rear speaker.

3.

Remove left rear passenger seatbelt idler.

4.

Remove left alpine light interior trim.

5.

Remove AC vents fitted to the rear door upper trim panel.

6.

Remove rear door upper trim panel containing rear AC ductwork.

NOTE:

Insure that you remove the screw securing the rear header duct to the alpine light duct before removing the trim panel completely from the
vehicle.

7.

Place rear door upper trim panel "face up" (finished side up) on a workbench.
