NOTE :

  Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only. 

  Remove the viscous coupling from the cooling fan. 

Remove the 4 bolts.

  To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

Install the cooling fan to the viscous coupling, tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).

Tighten the cooling fan assembly to 65 Nm (48 lb.ft).
