  Carefully remove the radiator and charge air cooler as an assembly.

12 .    

NOTE :

  Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only. 

  Remove the charge air cooler. 

Remove the 2 retaining pins. 

13 .    

NOTE :

  Note the fitted position. 

  Remove the fuel cooler hose. 

Loosen the clip. 

14 . 

  Remove the radiator lower deflector.

15 . 

  Remove the radiator rubber insulators.
