1 . 

  Install the rubber insulators.

2 . 

  Install the radiator lower deflector.

3 . 

  Install the fuel cooler hose.

Tighten the clip. 

4 . 

  Install the charge air cooler. 

Install the 2 retaining pins.

5 . 

  Carefully install the radiator and charge air cooler assembly.

6 . 

  Position the radiator. 

Lift the radiator onto its mountings. 

Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft).

7 . 

  Install the A/C condenser. 

Lift it into the clips. 

Tighten the bolt to 6 Nm (4 lb.ft).

8 . 

  Position the front differential breather line.

9 . 

  Install the power steering fluid cooler line clip.

10 . 

  Install the power steering fluid cooler.

Secure in the 3 clips. 

11 . 

  Install the radiator upper deflector.

12 . 

  Install the radiator securing pegs.

13 . 

  Connect the fuel fired booster heater coolant hoses.

14 . 

  Install the fuel cooler line. 

Secure with the clip.

  Install the transmission cooler hoses.

Install the clips. 

1 . 

  Install the radiator lower hose.
