Installation

NOTE: Remove and discard the blanking caps.

1. Install the brake fluid reservoir.

^

Clean the component mating faces.

^

Install the new seals.

NOTE: Remove and discard the blanking caps.

2. Connect the pre-charge pump feed hose.

^

Secure the clip.

3. Connect the low brake fluid warning indicator switch electrical connector.

^

Secure the wiring harness.

4. Bleed the brake system.

Removal

CAUTION: If brake fluid is spilt on the paint work, the affected area must be immediately washed down with cold water.

1. Disconnect the low brake fluid warning indicator switch electrical connector.

Release the wiring harness.

CAUTION: Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

NOTE: Position cloth to collect fluid spillage. 

2. Disconnect the pre-charge pump feed hose.

Release the clip.

CAUTION: Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

3. Remove the brake fluid reservoir.

^

Release the 2 clips.

^

Remove and discard the 2 seals.
