The vehicle is parked on a flat surface.
^
No objects are placed on the front passenger seat.
^
The front passenger seat belt buckle switch is OFF.

Adjust the seat position according to the table shown.
3.
Connect TIS Techstream to the vehicle.
4.
Turn the engine switch ON.
5.
Perform the zero point calibration by following the prompts on TIS Techstream.

If the zero point calibration is performed when the seat is NOT in the correct position, DTC B1797 is output.
^
If the zero point calibration fails, DTC B1797 is output.

Click Occupant Detection Live > Utility > Zero Point Calibration.
