5. REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH LH

a. Disconnect the switch connectors.
b. Remove the screw.
c. Detach the clip and 2 claws and remove the switch

d. Detach the steering pad switch cable's tabs from the switch, as shown in the illustration.

e. Detach the 2 claws and raise the connector cover.

f.

Hold the connector cover and disconnect the switch from the steering pad switch cable

NOTE: When disconnecting the switch, do not pull the switch's wire harness.

6. REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH RH

a. Remove the screw.
b. Detach the clip and 2 claws and remove the switch.
