Lexus Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

a. Install the radiator assembly with the 2 bolts (A).

Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)

b. Install the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts (B).

Torque: 9.0 N.m (92 kgf.cm, 80 in.lbf)

c. Connect the 2 water hoses with the 2 clips.

2. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUBASSEMBLY
3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER
5. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

10. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter)
11. CHECK FOR COOLANT LEAKS (for Inverter)
12. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH
13. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
14. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
15. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
16. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
17. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

a. Perform initialization procedure.

NOTE:  Some vehicle systems require initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
