Tire Pressure Module: Service and Repair
Installation

TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING: TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the tire pressure warning ECU to the ECU integration box.

2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH   See: Power and Ground Distribution/Power Distribution Module/Service and Repair/Installation

3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Instrument Panel/Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY   See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Knee Airbag Assembly (for Front Passenger Side)/Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /

Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Instrument Panel/Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Instrument Panel/Installation

7. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH   See: Power and Ground Distribution/Power Distribution Module/Service and Repair/Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH   See: Power and Ground Distribution/Power Distribution Module/Service and

Repair/Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH   See: Power and Ground Distribution/Power Distribution Module/Service and Repair/Installation

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

(a) Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal and close the front luggage compartment trim cover.

11. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK

(a) Perform the diagnostic system check    See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Reading and Clearing Diagnostic

Trouble Codes/DTC Check / Clear.

12. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Inspect the SRS warning light    See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic

Overview/Diagnosis System.

13. REGISTER TRANSMITTER ID

(a) Register all transmitter IDs    See: Tire Monitoring System/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Registration.

14. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization    See: Tire Monitoring System/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Initialization.

15. INSPECT TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM

(a) Inspect the tire pressure warning system    See: Tire Monitoring System/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic
