Dome Lamp Switch: Service and Repair
Removal

LIGHTING (INT): BACK DOOR COURTESY SWITCH: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH   See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air

Dams/Spoiler/Service and Repair/Rear Spoiler/Removal

2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER   See: Body and Frame/Spoilers, Flaps, and Air Dams/Spoiler/Service and

Repair/Rear Spoiler/Removal

4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

(b) Disconnect the connector.

(c) Disengage the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

(d) Remove the 2 bolts and luggage compartment door lock assembly.
