NOTICE:

Since a stopper nut is used, turn the bolt.

*

Insert the bolt with the threaded end facing the rear of the vehicle.

(d) Fully tighten the rear upper control arm assembly and No. 2 flexible hose bracket to the rear axle assembly with the bolt (B) and nut.

Torque : 90 Nm (918 kgf-cm, 66 ft-lbf)

Insert the bolt with the threaded end facing the rear of the vehicle.

2. STABILIZE SUSPENSION   See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Rear Shock Absorber/Installation

3. FULLY TIGHTEN REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY

(a) Fully tighten the bolt.

Torque : 90 Nm (918 kgf-cm, 66 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:

Since a stopper nut is used, turn the bolt.

*

The final torque must be applied under the standard vehicle height conditions.

4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR SIDE MEMBER COVER LH (for LH Side)   See: Rear Lower Arm/Installation

5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR SIDE MEMBER COVER RH (for RH Side)   See: Rear Lower Arm/Installation

6. INSTALL REAR SUSPENSION ARM COVER   See: Rear Lower Arm/Installation

7. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque : 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)

8. INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
