(a) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), connect the No. 1 (labeled A) and No. 2 (labeled B) brake actuator tubes.
without union nut wrench - Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
with union nut wrench - Torque: 14 Nm (145 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.).

The torque value for use with a union nut wrench is effective when the union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.
NOTE:
Do not damage the No. 1 and No. 2 brake actuator tubes.
(b) Set each brake tube to the correct positions on the brake actuator as shown in the illustration.
(c) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), connect the 6 brake tubes.
without union nut wrench - Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
with union nut wrench - Torque: 14 Nm (145 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
