(b) Install the stud of the control arm, and temporarily install a new nut to the axle carrier.
HINT: Push the axle carrier downward.
6. TIGHTEN REAR UPPER NO. 2 CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Tighten the nuts on the rear control arm.
Torque: 225 Nm (2294 kgf-cm, 166 ft-lbf)for suspension member side
Torque: 160 Nm (1632 kgf-cm, 118 ft-lbf)for axle carrier side

9. CONNECT REAR NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH See: Wheel Hub/Service and Repair/Rear Axle Hub/Installation
10. INSTALL REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY LH See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Service and Repair/Removal

11. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
(a) Stabilize the suspension for coil suspension See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front

12. TIGHTEN REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH See: Rear Lower Arm/Installation
13. CONNECT REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY LH (W/O Air Suspension)
(a) Connect the nut on the axle carrier.
Torque: 80 Nm (816 kgf-cm, 59 ft-lbf)
14. CONNECT PNEUMATIC CYLINDER WITH REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY LH (W/ Air Suspension)
(a) Connect the nut on the axle carrier.
Torque: 80 Nm (816 kgf-cm, 59 ft-lbf)
15. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH See: Stabilizer Bar/Service and Repair/Rear Stabilizer Bar/Installation
16. INSTALL REAR WHEEL
Torque: 140 Nm (1428 kgf-cm, 104 ft-lbf)
17. CHECK SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (W/ Air Suspension)

18. INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
