INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC

(a) Clear the DTC See: Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/Rear Door Sunshade System.
(b) Check for DTC See: Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/Rear Door Sunshade System.

Result

B -- GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A -- Continue to next step.

2. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (DOOR SUNSHADE OPERATION)

(a) Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that the rear door sunshade operates.

Rear Right Door

NG -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR CURTAIN RH - REAR DOOR ECU RH)
OK -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK
