1UR-FSE COOLING: COOLING FAN MOTOR (for 2WD): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FAN SHROUD WITH FAN AND MOTOR

(a) Install the fan shroud with fan and motor to the radiator, and attach the 3 claws.

(b) Attach the 3 clamps to the fan shroud, and connect the cooling fan ECU connector.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY   See: Thermostat/Service and Repair/Installation

3. INSTALL ECM OUTLET DUCT   See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine/Installation

4. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

HINT
The direction of the hose clamp is indicated in the illustration.

5. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

(a) Connect the No. 1 radiator hose to the radiator and water outlet, and then secure it with the hose clamps.
