Introduction
During high ambient temperatures, some customers may experience a creak/tick sound from the rear hatch area caused by contact between the rear
spoiler and the top of the body. New shoulder bolts have been adopted by the factory to correct this condition. Note the new bolt torque specification
during bolt installation.

This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
