E. RX-7 1986-1988 MODEL YEAR
1.
Remove the rear seat cushion.
2.
Remove the rear outer and inner lap belts.
3.
Drill 1.18 in. (30 mm) diameter holes in the rear pillar trim as shown.
4.
Install the new rear outer and inner lap belts and shoulder belts.
NOTE:
^ Spacer Thickness (*) 0.39 in. (10 mm)
Specified tightening torque:
(**) 28-58 ft.lb. (3.9-8.0 m-Kg, 38-78 N-m)
5.
Install the rear seat cushion.
