Airflow Mode Actuator

1. Remove the airflow mode actuator installation screws and airflow mode actuator.
2. Leave the vehicle harness connected.
3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
4. Cycle the heater control unit through all modes.
5. Verify that the actuator operates as shown.

1. Disconnect the airflow mode actuator connector.

2. Connect battery positive voltage to terminals I and J of the airflow mode actuator and check the actuator operate on.
3. If not as specified, replace the airflow mode actuator.
