9. Remove the two bolts and the six stud bolts and remove the valve cover
10. Remove the valve cover gasket, if required.
11. Install in the reverse order of removal.
Valve Cover (RH) Installation Note
1. Clean all the mating surfaces.
Note: Do not clean the valve cover gasket with solvent. Damage to the valve cover gasket may occur.
2. Apply a bead of silicone sealant in two places where the cylinder head and cylinder block meet.
3. Install the valve cover gasket.
4. Install the valve cover.
1) Position the valve cover.
2) Tighten the bolts and the stud bolts in the sequence shown.
