Drive/Propeller Shaft: Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

PROPELLER SHAFT INSPECTION 

NOTE:  Whenever the vehicle is raised on a hoist, inspect the universal joint slip yoke boot for rips or holes. Replace if required.

NOTE:  All propeller shafts are balanced. If undercoating the vehicle, protect the propeller shaft and universal joints to prevent application of any
undercoating material.
