DESCRIPTION
The driver and/or passenger side door window may chatter during operation in the down mode. This may be caused by the glass guide bracket assembly.
The bracket has been redesigned to reduce resistance during window operation.
Customers complaining of this concern should have their vehicle repaired according to the following procedure.

Repair Procedure
1.
Verify customer complaint.
2.
Operate the window down and stop approximately half way.
3.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
4.
Remove the interior door trim panel (refer to Workshop Manual section S (09).
5.
Peel back the watershield to access the area inside the door.
